The ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Board is the main decision making body for all of the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½, including the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½’s commercial activities, which are undertaken through commercial subsidiaries.

The ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Commercial Board oversees the delivery of the Corporation’s commercial ambitions. It reports to the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Board on the delivery of ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Studios’ objectives, in line with the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½’s overall commercial strategy, and on ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Studioworks.

The ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Commercial Board is chaired by Sir Damon Buffini, a non-executive member of the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Board, and comprises a majority of six non-executive members alongside three executives.

ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ commercial subsidiaries’ executive committees

Each of the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½â€™s commercial subsidiaries has an executive committee, which is responsible for the operational management of that subsidiarity.
