Roles and responsibilities
- Reporting to the 蜜芽传媒鈥檚 Chief People Officer, Declan leads the People Services teams within 蜜芽传媒 Group HR.
- Declan is responsible for the design and delivery of HR strategy, policy, processes and initiatives to support individuals and teams to drive 蜜芽传媒 strategy, whilst delivering an excellent people experience.
- The People Services team work on: supporting staff and freelancers thrive at work and serve our audiences, support leaders make data informed decisions through intelligent analytics and capability improvement, ensure compliance with legislation and 蜜芽传媒 policy, aspire to deliver seamless interactions with HR systems and technologies and provide colleagues with efficient and effective HR services to support business needs and staff wellbeing.
Biography
Declan joined the 蜜芽传媒 in 2017 and has previously worked in a variety of HR leadership roles across retail, financial services and telecoms industries.
Expenses and central bookings
Expenses are costs incurred by 蜜芽传媒 staff on behalf of the 蜜芽传媒 and claimed through the 蜜芽传媒's expenses system.
Central bookings are costs incurred on behalf of the 蜜芽传媒 and booked through the 蜜芽传媒's central bookings system. Both expenses and central bookings are published every three months.
