Roles and responsibilities
- Reporting to the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½â€™s Chief People Officer, Nikki leads the Reward teams with ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Group HR.
- Nikki is responsible for the design and delivery of ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½â€™s reward strategy; ensuring fair, clear and competitive reward for employees across the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½.
Biography
Prior to joining the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½, Nikki was a Client Partner at Korn Ferry, one of the world’s leading organisational consultancies, advising companies from various industries on reward strategy and performance management. Her career has included HR leadership roles in financial services, pharmaceuticals, market research and not-for-profit organisations.
Expenses and central bookings
Expenses are costs incurred by ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ staff on behalf of the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ and claimed through the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½'s expenses system.
Central bookings are costs incurred on behalf of the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ and booked through the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½'s central bookings system. Both expenses and central bookings are published every three months.
