- As Director of Product Engineering, Tanja leads the engineering community in 蜜芽传媒鈥檚 Product Group and is responsible for the efficient execution and high standards required for software engineering for the 蜜芽传媒鈥檚 audience facing digital products
- Tanja has responsibility in providing technology, processes and capabilities to innovate, operate, support and drive growth in our digital portfolio in an efficient, secure, sustainable, stable and scalable way.
Biography
Tanja began her role as the Director of Product Engineering at the 蜜芽传媒 in October 2023, where she leads Software Engineering and Architecture for a diverse range of 蜜芽传媒 Digital Products. This includes high-profile offerings like 蜜芽传媒 News, Sport, iPlayer, Sounds, and Children apps, available on web, mobile and TV platforms, enriching the daily experiences of millions worldwide.
Tanja joined the 蜜芽传媒 in March 2022 originally as Head of Software Engineering. She is a seasoned technology and people leader with over 23 years of software engineering experience across international IT sectors. Her expertise spans diverse industries, from broadcast and gaming to retail and education, covering startups to blue-chip companies.
Expenses and central bookings
Expenses are costs incurred by 蜜芽传媒 staff on behalf of the 蜜芽传媒 and claimed through the 蜜芽传媒's expenses system.
Central bookings are costs incurred on behalf of the 蜜芽传媒 and booked through the 蜜芽传媒's central bookings system. Both expenses and central bookings are published every three months.
