ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Northern Ireland
Broadcast Appeals in Northern Ireland provide an opportunity for local charities to describe their work or to make an appeal for volunteers and funds.
These short programmes are broadcast throughout the year on television and radio and are also supported by a dedicated Appeals website. The appeals reach a large and diverse audience and contribute to wider awareness of issues and developments within the charitable sector. For more information contact:

ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Cymru Wales
ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Cymru Wales delivers a series of workshops for charities across Wales that brings them face-to-face with producers and programme makers from ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio Cymru and ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio Wales.
The sessions help the charities think about their work from a different perspective and gives them the opportunity to ‘pitch’ item ideas to the programme makers.
Information on the sessions are sent to those charities who’ve recently received funding from ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Children in Need in Wales and via the Community Voluntary Councils that cover the location of the workshops.
If charities have a story they think would make an interesting item or feature on any programmes broadcast by ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Cymru Wales they should get in touch with ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Cymru Wales Audience Services team on:
