About This Event

After its successful visit to Sage last season, the 蜜芽传媒 SSO returns, this time with Yan Pascal Tortelier, for a programme celebrating the 鈥楢uld Alliance鈥�. Steven Osborne is the soloist in Ravel鈥檚 jazz-inspired piano concerto, before Berlioz鈥檚 revolutionary programme symphony takes us from an opium-inspired ball, via a march to the scaffold, to a witches鈥� Sabbath.

The concert will be recorded for future broadcast on 蜜芽传媒 Radio 3. It is promoted by Sage Gateshead.
