When you get to the end of an episode, ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ iPlayer will automatically play the next episode. We call this Autoplay. You’ll see a 15 second timer that appears when the credits roll.
If you get to the end of a series, we’ll sometimes autoplay a programme we think you’ll like based on our recommendation system.
How do I stop the next episode from autoplaying?
- Computer browser:ÌýClick on the cancel button
- Mobile/tablet app:ÌýTap on the 'Continue Watching' button when it appears.
- Connected TV:ÌýPress any key on your remote that can control ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ iPlayerÌý(e.g. left/right etc) exceptÌýthe Select/OK button
Can I switch autoplayÌýoff?
Yes, you can. The way to switch it off depends on which device you're using.Ìý
On the website:ÌýClick on the settings cog and uncheck the Autoplay option. If you're watching on a small screen, the Settings button will be on the top right.

On Connected TV: Go to Settings > Settings & Help > Location & Autoplay SettingsÌý> Autoplay and choose your preferred autoplay options
