No. ��ѿ��ý iPlayer is funded by the UK TV licence and its use is restricted to UK residents only.

Yes, you can!

You have to download the programmes on your phone or tablet while you're still in the UK and connected to the internet. Once the programmes are downloaded, you can watch them anywhere in the world or when you're offline.

The ��ѿ��ý uses geolocation technology to identify where you are, based on the location of your internet service provider (ISP). This is to ensure that only people in the UK can enjoy programmes on ��ѿ��ý iPlayer.

Downloaded programmes can only be accessed on the device they've been downloaded to, and they expire at the same time as their online versions, so make sure you watch your downloads before they expire.

Due to rights agreements, you need to be in the UK to stream and download programmes or watch ��ѿ��ý TV channels on ��ѿ��ý iPlayer.
