Back in 1998, Lord Newborough made the decision to convert the to an organic farm. 聽It now supplies produce for some of the world's greatest hotels and restaurants, but also it makes the most of it's prime location on the A5 near Corwen in Denbighshire. 聽The farm shop began in 2002, selling its own award-winning organic meat from a roadside takeaway, but now the vans have long gone and a purpose built farm shop offers something for everyone with a butchery, a delicatessen and a range of over 2,000 carefully selected products. 聽Not to mention the Bison Grill - introduced after Lord Newborough had another bright idea to introduce a bison herd to the farm.聽
