In 1964, Professor Glob, curator of the Silkeborg Museum, Denmark, dedicated his book The Bog People, to a group of schoolgirls who had written to him about his recent archaeological discoveries. Fifty years later, Tina Hopgood writes to him again about a planned pilgrimage to Denmark with her friend, Bella, to see the 2000-year-old Tollund Man, but they never make the trip.......

When Anders Larsen, a lonely museum curator responds to Tina's letter, he doesn't expect a reply. Their correspondence becomes a shared meditation on love, loss and the opportunity to make new choices.
