He finds out what motivates the team as they cover the challenging Cairngorm mountains in winter. He also reports on the recent floods across the country and speaks to farmers who have lost crops and livestock.

Cammy’s on home turf bringing his sheep in for a dip using a brand new method that was inspired by a trip to the chippie. Rosie’s out on the water in the Firth of Forth to see native oysters being re-established after being fished to extinction 65 years ago. And Arlene meets a new entrant farmer near Dores in Inverness-shire to find out about her steep learning curve and what lessons she’s learnt in her first five years in farming.
