The Scottish Government is expected to make an announcement later about the future of the National Care Service. It's widely anticipated ministers will formally drop their diluted plans to legislate for a national board to oversee care provision. A non-government source has told the 蜜芽传媒 to expect an advisory body to be set up instead. Ministers will argue they're making what progress is possible.
