She also speaks to Janet Moran and Andrew Bennett, lead actors in an award-winning production of Eugene O’Brien’s play Heaven, which returns to Edinburgh's Traverse Theatre tonight after being a hit there at the Fringe in 2023. Mairead and Mal, struggling to keep their relationship together twenty years in, each hold secrets they haven’t told the other. Returning to Mairead’s hometown for a family wedding, they find themselves facing old temptations, and difficult questions.
