This week, the team catch up with William Olphert 鈥� the new Director of Education and Language at the Ulster-Scot鈥檚 Agency to find about his role and his increasing enthusiasm for Ulster-Scots culture. There鈥檚 also a chat with Dean Hagan 鈥� programme director at NVTV / Northern Visions 鈥� he鈥檚 overseeing a wonderful mix of Ulster-Scots content going out on the station. Meanwhile, Jane Rea gets a preview of the new look Londonderry Arms in Carnlough 鈥� becoming a 鈥榳hiskey hotel鈥� while continuing to embrace its unique history.
