Antony Szmierek plays a Sofa Session for Jo, including tracks from his debut album 'Service Station At The End Of The Universe' and a previously unheard cover.
Antony Szmierek is a poet, writer and producer based in Manchester. He fuses dance-inspired beats with spoken-word lyrics, often drawing comparisons to Mike Skinner and John Cooper Clarke. Since releasing his debut single 'The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Fallacy' in 2023, he has made his Glastonbury debut, supported the likes of Faithless on tour and has been frequently named as one of the artists to watch for 2025.
To celebrate the release of his debut album earlier this month, Antony joins Jo live at the legendary Maida Vale studios.
