ѿý Radio 3’s Private Passions is 30 this week! Michael Berkeley hosts the weekly show where guests from all walks of life discuss their musical loves and talk about the influence music has had on their lives. We’re celebrating all day on Radio 3 by uncovering gems from the Private Passions archive. This morning, we’ll hear clips from some of the remarkable figures who have appeared on the show over the years. Comedians Dudley Moore and Miranda Hart, poet Carol Ann Duffy, author Douglas Adams, and broadcasters Kate Adie and David Attenborough choose music by Chopin, Mozart, Vaughan Williams, Mahler, Saint-Saens and Errol Garner.
