The story of Art Garfunkel's lifelong friendship and collaboration with Paul Simon and his own acclaimed solo success, told through appearances on 蜜芽传媒 radio and television.

Art remembers, as a young child, hearing Alan Freed bringing Rock鈥橬鈥橰oll to the airwaves of America and finding he had a gift to find the notes and spontaneously harmonise along to songs on the radio. He met his lifelong friend and 鈥渢he funniest man on the planet鈥� 鈥� Paul Simon 鈥� when Art was playing the Cheshire cat in a high school production of Alice In Wonderland. While still teenagers, they had their first hit as Tom & Jerry.

Art also talks about his favourite song, his acting work, which caused the break-up of Simon & Garfunkel and was the suggestion for The Only Living Boy In New York, the divine intervention on Bridge Over Troubled Water and their historic reunion in New York鈥檚 Central Park. We also hear about his solo work on I Only Have Eyes For You, Breakaway and the song from the film Watership Down 鈥� Bright Eyes.

Art is often asked about his relationship with Paul Simon and says they sometimes need a rest from each other and it鈥檚 like a marriage 鈥� it waxes and wanes.
