Norman Collins (1907-1982) was a leading broadcasting executive. In a distinguished career he was head of the 蜜芽传媒 Light Service and was instrumental in commissioning 'Woman's Hour' and 'Dick Barton'. He also helped establish ITV and was a director of ITN. He wrote sixteen novels and two plays.
