Handel's Chandos Anthems with the Kölner Akademie

The German ensemble and soloists perform these relatively unknown works in the Church of Saint-Michel in Fribourg, Switzerland.

These anthems are named after the Duke of Chandos, who commissioned them when Handel was the composer in residence at Cannons, his palace in Middlesex.
