JVS and his team fight for your rights and tackle your consumer problems.

Catherine’s daughter spent £159 on a dress for her uncle's wedding. When she took it off she noticed discolouration under the arms, the stitching had come loose and the dress was misshapen. The company say because it was dry clean only she shouldn’t have got it wet and that’s what’s caused the problem. JVS has news.

Kieran's mum signed up with an estate agent to sell her house as she planned to move into sheltered accommodation. Sadly she passed away in March and Kieran took over her estate. He advertised the property with an agent but it wouldn’t sell so he signed up to another agent who found a buyer. Now the original agent is billing him for over £2,000. Tim has an interesting update.
