Walton coastguard to close by 2014
The coastguard centre at Walton on the Naze is to be closed by 2014. Also, Essex County Council debating whether to charge 拢10 for Blue Badge parking permits, and community groups being encouraged to apply for free tickets to the Southend Cricket Festival.
