Current housing system slammed as 'madness'
Paul Calland, from South Northants ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½s, says the current housing system, which has lead to shortage of homes is "madness".
He says the lack of affordable rented property and social housing is leading a rise in homelessness and that the government is "going in the wrong direction".
The average rental price for a two bedroom property in Kettering has risen by almost £200 in the last four years.
