Stacey Solomon and MTV Teen Mom UK’s Amber Butler have both battled loneliness as single parents.

Their discussion was part of 5 live’s #mumtakeover event - the UK’s biggest conversation on mums and mental health.

"I feel like I haven't got a lot of confidence," Amber revealed.

"I felt severely lonely when I got pregnant with my first child," Stacey told Amber.

"If there's anything you can do to have human contact with somebody else, just do it," she added.
