Lord Sugar: 'No tax rises but more austerity' after coronavirus
Lord Sugar has told ѿý Radio 5 Live the coronavirus pandemic will lead to austerity.
Speaking to Emma Barnett, Lord Sugar said it will take “a couple of years” for the country to recover, but that the country will “get over it”.
"People talk about tax the rich, if you tax everybody earning over... a couple of hundred thousand a year, if you tax them to the tune of 60%... it would bring nothing to the coffers."
