The SNP鈥檚 Alyn Smith says Scotland needs to tackle its 鈥減roblem with hate speech鈥�.

He told 蜜芽传媒 Debate Night that concerns around police powers in the Hate Crime Bill have been 鈥渕assively overstated鈥�.

The Stirling MP said that people have a right to free speech, but they 鈥渄o not have a right to hate speech鈥�.

He called on parties to work together at Holyrood on the new legislation.
