Scotland is smaller every day under SNP, says Ross
Scotland must shake off the "dead hand of nationalism" to avoid becoming increasingly bitter and inward looking, says Douglas Ross. The Scottish Conservative leader told the party's conference in Aberdeen that Scotland was divided against itself. He said he had been brought up in a country that had been confident and outward looking.
