Is this the return for Droitwich’s brine baths?
A fresh attempt has been launched to bring the historic brine baths back to Droitwich - 15 years after the old facility was closed down at the Raven Hotel.
A detailed business plan has been created which would see a new brine baths attraction built at the Lido - including a 10-metre by 6 metre pool able to cater for 10 customers at once, alongside beauty treatments and an on-site physio.
It would cost more than half a million pounds a year to run, but the people behind it say a £10 charge per customer would see the attraction break-even, if it operates at 50% capacity.
Our reporter Tom Edwards checks out the plans, with members of the campaign.
