Health Secretary Wes Streeting says there's an 'overdiagnosis' of mental health conditions, and people are being 'written off'. It comes as the Work and Pensions Secretary Liz Kendall prepares to announce welfare reform. The Mind charity say we should be 'extremely careful' with the language we use in this area.
