A useful dry spell has meant Terry has been able to continue his preparation for this year's crops. It's time to construct a frame around the carrot bed, to prevent some of the pests that can affect crops. The bamboo canes are in place ready to receive the chrysanthemum plants as soon as they're ready to come out of the greenhouse.
And it's a good time sow salad crops to refill your fridge with fresh vegetables early in the season - radishes, lettuce and spring onions are all in pots making the most of the warmth inside the greenhouse.
If you're looking for help on what to sow when, you can download Terry's Crop Calendar, search for Terry Walton's Plotcast online and you'll see the link.
Terry's keen to hear about your own crops - if you have a question for him you can e mail AskTerry@bbc.co.uk
