The parsnips have been planted out still in their cardboard toilet roll tubes, in order to keep their root structure intact and ensure good, straight vegetables.
Terry's rhubarb is ready for its first harvest of the year, his recipe of well rotted manure and blood, fish and bone has worked its magic again.
In the greenhouse it's time to germinate runner beans using Terry's favoured method of a sealable freezer bag, compost and a good spray of water. He promises a 100% success rate!
