He said yesterday, "If you鈥檙e old enough to go out to work, if you鈥檙e old enough to pay your taxes, then you are entitled to have a say on how your taxes are spent." 16 and 17 year olds in Scotland and Wales are already able to vote in local and national elections and the Prime Minister says, "the sky hasn't fallen in" there.
