365 days of running: Cooper's mental health run
A marathon runner who refuses to be defined by a mental health illness he had as a child is pounding the pavements for 365 days following the death of his friend. Cooper Berry, of Woodbridge, Suffolk, is running at least 7.46 miles (12 km) every day for the whole of 2025 in aid of Suffolk Mind – and he has just conquered his 100th day of the challenge.
George King put on his running shoes and joined Cooper for a run.
