Marvellous meatballs
Meatballs are very easy and cheap to make. Master the classic meatballs and spaghetti, or try something new like authentic Spanish albondigas, an Asian meatball stir fry or a fennel and ricotta version fit for any dinner party.

I know these are traditionally made with pork. I don’t eat pork, but I don’t think anyone should miss out so I am making a version with turkey mince. The meatballs are simply flavoured with dill and garlic and served in a chicken stock sauce.
