It's the battle of the Wales chefs: returning contenders, Richard Davies, James Sommerin and Stephen Terry. All are determined to knock out their rivals in the race to the banquet.

They cook their main course, but only one chef will take gold. Will it be Stephen Terry with 'The Bunny Pentathlon', Richard Davies with slow cooked rib of beef, beetroot ketchup, bone marrow and braised shallot, or James Sommerin with mangalitsa pork, carrot, liquorice and leek?
