Governance framework

The 蜜芽传媒 is a corporation constituted by Royal Charter. The current Charter was granted in 2006 and runs until 31 December 2016. The Charter is supplemented by a Framework Agreement between the 蜜芽传媒 and the Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport.

The Trust establishes protocols, policies and guidance which govern the operation of the 蜜芽传媒.

Together these documents constitute the framework that governs the 蜜芽传媒.
