How to cook lamb chops

To fry a lamb chop: brush each lamb chop with olive oil and season with salt. Place a frying pan over a medium–high heat. Once hot, sear the fat on the lamb chops until golden-brown. For a medium–rare lamb chop, fry on each side for 1½ minutes, for medium–well cooked fry for 4 minutes on each side. St aside to rest for a few minutes before serving.
To grill a lamb chop: brush each lamb chop with olive oil and season with salt. Preheat the grill to medium–high. Place the lamb chops under the grill, for a medium–rare lamb chop grill for 2½ minutes on each side, for a medium–well cooked lamb chop cook for 4 minutes on each side.
To air fry a lamb chop: remove any excess fat from the lamb chops. Brush each lamb chop with olive oil and season with salt. Heat the air fryer to 190C. Place the lamb chops into the basket or air fryer tray in a single layer (do not overfill the air fryer as the lamb chops will sweat and not roast). For a medium–rare lamb chop air fry for 3½ minutes on each side, for a medium–well cooked lamb chop cook for 5 minutes on each side.
